Alex and the team there do outstanding work . Alex informed me of a service bulletin that Ford issued about my 1999 Ford E-350 . The bulletin stated when changing the oil it was recommended only to use a synthetic blend and not a pure synthetic oil . The place I took my van for its previous oil change used pure synthetic and within 1500 miles it was a quart low. Oh...one more thing; Presley is the best !!!!!

I had an emergency with a tire that was losing air pressure fast and I was just about to drive back down to Los Angeles. They told me to come in and they quickly inspected my tire. Turns out there was a massive screw in it!!! They did a patch job on my tire to hold it. Almost two months later and the tire is still perfectly in tact!!! They were so fast with it all, thanks guys!!

One of thee most thorough, professional shops I have had the chance to deal with. Alex, amazingly got me an appointment on my extremely busy schedule and was able to work around everything I had going on. Spearheaded the task at hand with over the top performance that had my car running better than when I originally bought it. Oh and don’t forget the cute shop dog.

They are very clear in explaining things so that they are easy to understand. A lot of shady mechanic places will rip you off but you can easily tell the people here have the customers best interest in mind! Will keep going back. Shoutout to Alex!

First things first, I walked into the reception and was greeted by the sweetest dog. If that’s not a great start to the day, I don’t know what is. Alex and the crew were so wonderful. I told him what I knew to be wrong with the car but added in that I’d be going on a road trip in a few weeks and wanted to make sure everything was running smooth. I have an older car and knew there would be extra work... he threw it all down on the table for me. He was honest, straight forward, considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable. This business is wonderful at communicating (detail of work, timing, recommendations, etc) and seem to try their best to get you a deal. (A small example: He offered to call an auto store himself to get me a better deal on wipers). Amazing customer service and very personable people. I felt like I had been a customer for years. I’ll definitely be returning for future work!! Thank you all so much!

Alex and the guys over here at contra costa auto service are amazing. They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and care about how your car is once you drive it out of the shop. I highly recommend them.

Alex and company has worked on my BMW'S and Chrysler Crossfire "Mercedes" engine and parts. They are always accommodating and quick to remedy and issues that arise. If you own German cars why would you go anywhere else!!

5 star service start to finish. Alex at the front desk makes you feel welcome and is very knowledgeable.
